cENtERGYze is the creation of the owners lifelong passion for fitness. The company is dedicated to providing scientifically based fitness training support. It was founded to combine mental and physical training for individuals of all levels.

Philosophy

Training for performance and fitness is an important part of life.  Whether you are training for fitness, performance, or weight loss, your personal success is crucial.  There are three components of our philosophy.  First, your physical and mental training are integral to meeting your goals.  Second, our role is to provide you with consistent and meaningful support as you work to achieve your goals.  Third, ultimately the process of achieving your goals should be fun.  As a result we focus on individually customizing your training program to be a holistic and meaningful program that is based on the most current knowledge in the field.

Training Method

The basis of our company’s training strategy is that we use specific physiological and psychological assessments to develop individualized programs.  The physical portion of training is based on heart rate and metabolism assessments.  These two measures of intensity help us create the most efficient strategies to address your goals.  The psychology training is based on an assessment of mental skills that are connected to mental toughness as you work toward your goals.   These training methods address you as total person and not just a sum of component parts.
